Aldeas de Aguamarina 1 Cabo Roig: Definately one of the most popular urbanizations in Cabo Roig, both for holidays and for the purchase of holiday homes, Aldeas de Aguamarina I is situated on Calle Agua in the Aguamarina area of Cabo Roig, close to Cabo Roig strip of bars and restaurants.
Aldeas de Aguamarina I is a secure gated community with a beautiful communal pool in the centre of the complex, surrounded by sunbathing areas and attractive gardens. The complex comprises around 100 houses (townhouses and bungalows) and a number of apartments in 2 blocks.
Aldeas de Aguamarina 1 overlooks the sea and is close to the seafront promenade between Cabo Roig and Campoamor, unfortunately there is no direct access to Cabo Roig as the former walkway was blocked by residents of a neighbouring community. However a short walk of about 10 minutes will get you to Cabo Roig beach (Playa Goleta) and the Club Nautico and marina.

Aldeas de Aguamarina 1 is around 25 minutes drive from Murcia/San Javier airport and 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport.

Driving Directions to Aldeas de Aguamarina 1: Using the map you should be able to access Aldeas de Aguamarina 1 fairly easily (click on the "LARGER ROAD MAP OF CABO ROIG" link for a bigger view). The complex is accessed from Calle del Agua, which is in turn accessed from Calle del Mar. Please note that you CANNOT access Calle del Agua directly from the main N-332 road (though it may appear that you can on the map).
If you are approaching Cabo Roig from the direction of Murcia/San Javier airport on the N-332, you will take the turn marked "Dehesa de Campoamor", this will bring you up to a roundabout with a Farmacia (Chemist) on it, go round the roundabout and take the turning marked "Aguamarina Urbanizaciones", you are now on Calle del Mar, follow this road to the bottom keeping right as the road forks at the Medical Centre (Centro Salud), the last turning on the right is Calle de Agua.
If you are approaching from the direction of Alicante airport on the N332 (also Torrevieja, La Zenia, Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca), you will need to go straight over the "pyramid" roundabout, the strip of bars and restaurants will be on either side of the road, go past Club Skala and Diabolos and take the road as it forks off to the left beside Global Cars. This will bring you to a roundabout (marked Calle de Oeste on the map), go right around this roundabout taking exit for Dehesa de Campoamor and Aguamarina, crossing the bridge back over the N-332 which you have just left, this brings you to the roundabout with the Farmacia, then follow directions as above.
